Commis Chef – good work life balance – Christmas off –
A unique learning environment set within beautiful grounds, with flower, herb and vegetable gardens, apple orchards and a large greenhouse. Utilising all this wonderful produce, they cater for breakfast, lunch, and supper for up to 100 covers a day.
There is an emphasis on fresh, seasonal cuisine with 40% of the menu grown within the gardens. With a new Head of Hospitality on board they are looking to expand the kitchen team, giving an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic chef to develop their creativity and skills.
