Kitchen Manager – good work life balance – Christmas off –
A unique learning environment set within beautiful grounds, with flower, herb and vegetable gardens, apple orchards and a large greenhouse. Utilising all this wonderful produce, they cater for breakfast, lunch, and supper for up to 100 covers a day.
There is an emphasis on fresh, seasonal cuisine with 40% of the menu grown within the gardens. With a new Head of Hospitality on board they are looking for a creative Head Chef to help develop the menus and grow the business.

The site has 4 dining rooms and there are plans to open a café, which will be open to the public. So, there will be plenty of opportunity to influence the menus and build on their successes.
Ideally, they are looking for a passionate chef who can lead a small team of 3 chefs, whilst managing the day to day running of the kitchen. There is a fabulous kitchen, a professional team, and a relaxed working environment, where everyone is valued as an individual.
