You will need to bring with you..
·A background in Gastro pubs or hotels.
·The ability to cook under pressure.
·Knife skills.
·Experience of cooking with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
·Exemplary time keeping.
·Willingness to learn.
·Able to take instruction as well as being able to motivate yourself to work on your own section/task.
·Ability to adapt to new learning procedures and methodology.
