HEAD CHEF – fresh food pub – £45,000 -
An independently run country pub with an excellent reputation for their food and service. The owner has built up a very successful business and they are currently looking to expand on this, so as a result are looking for a talented Head Chef to join the team.
The menus are modern British, featuring the pub classics and the chefs utilise all the local, seasonal produce where possible. Working with a brigade of 3-4 chefs and 2 full-time K. P’s, they prepare everything in house to a very high standard.
As Head Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen including menu design, costing, stock control, ordering, managing, training, and motivating the junior members of the team.
