This recently refurbished restaurant is open all day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is one of several dining options within this unique venue and due to their increased popularity, they are looking for a strong Sous Chef to support the Head Chef.

The ideal Sous Chef will be experienced within a fast paced, fresh food kitchen and feel passionately about cooking. As a senior member of the team, you will be working closely with front of house team to ensure an exceptional customer experience, be involved in developing and creating seasonal cuisine, managing a talented brigade of chefs and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly in the absence of the Head Chef.
