Sous Chef – fresh, seasonal cooking – fast paced – This recently refurbished restaurant is open all day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is one of several dining options within this unique venue and due to their increased popularity, they are looking for a strong Sous Chef to support the Head Chef.
