Over the years the pub has gone from strength to strength establishing itself as a destination restaurant for food lovers. Due to this success, they are currently looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of this first-class kitchen.

Input into the menus
There is a team of 3 chefs and a KP preparing modern British and European menus. The emphasis here is on the use of fresh, seasonal produce sourced as locally as possible. They also regularly go foraging and the menus change daily to reflect this.
The ideal candidate will share their passion for cooking and have a genuine love for the industry. They would like someone who really gets involved and can assist them take the business forward. As it is a small team you will have the opportunity to be involved in menu creation, sourcing local produce, stock control, ordering and staff development.
Your own transport will be essential due to the rural location of the pub.
