You will need to bring with you..
• A background in Gastro pubs or hotels.
• The ability to cook under pressure.
• Knife skills.
• Experience of cooking with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
• Exemplary time keeping.
• Willingness to learn.
• Able to take instruction as well as being able to motivate yourself to work on your own section/task.
• Ability to adapt to new learning procedures and methodology.
