Here they hand bake small batches of amazing cakes and savouries for coffee shops, tea rooms and cafés throughout Kent, Sussex, and Surrey.
Due to their continued popularity, they are now seeking a Head Baker to join their talented team and oversee the bakery production.

The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:
Experience in cake baking at volume
Responsible for production forecast, stock control and sales forecast
Capable of developing, training, and motivating the team
Responsible for consistency in product quality
Responsible for production levels & continuity of supply of baked goods to the Cafes
Be creative, have a passion for baking and contribute with product development
Responsible for general cleanliness food hygiene and health & safety
Able to work in a busy environment
