This lively, award-winning gastro public house is looking for an Assistant Manager to strengthen the existing management team. An independent pub, it is very much a destination venue and has a superb food trade.
Constantly evolving, they are looking for a forward-thinking Assistant Manager who can assist them in the growth of the property. During Covid they began developing a range of spirits and it has been a huge success, so they would like to take this further.
They have also made a kitchen garden and started growing various herbs, vegetables, and fruit for the chefs to create their modern British menus. Therefore, a genuine passion for fresh, quality cuisine and premium drinks would be a huge asset. Other attributes would include being well presented, love being part of a team and able to lead by example.
Some previous experience at a supervisory level would be essential, as you will be required to deputise for the General Manager at times. However, there would also be plenty of opportunity for you to train and develop your skills under their talented GM.
