It is a popular establishment and can cater for up to 250 covers a day at the weekends. Due to this success, they are looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist the team.
They prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine and the main menu changes monthly and the specials board weekly. Where possible they champion local suppliers, farmers, and artisan producers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar fresh food kitchen and be looking for their next challenge. As Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen designing menus, costing, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place.
