An exciting opportunity to join this unique, independently run hotel. Over the years they have built an excellent reputation for their very high standard of both food and service. The kitchen caters for an award winning, contemporary restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting facilities.
There is a stable brigade of 10 talented chefs preparing modern British cuisine with European influences. They make everything in house and where possible all the produce is sourced locally to ensure the menus are seasonal and their carbon footprint is low.

Currently they are seeking an extremely talented Head Chef to take over the day to day running of this top-quality kitchen. You will have full responsibility and autonomy designing the menus, costing, sourcing suppliers, negotiating the best prices, and ensuring the finest produce is used. Another important duty will include staff recruitment, retention, and training.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within award winning, professional kitchens and be looking for a new and challenging role where they will have the opportunity to influence the menus and the success of the hotel.
