Junior Sous Chef – award winning inn –
A beautifully refurbished inn with an award-winning restaurant. Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a Junior Sous Chef to strengthen the team as they move forward towards their ambition to gain a Michelin Star.
As part of a professional team of chefs you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen and assist with the day to day running of the kitchen. The menus promote the use of fresh, British produce and change regularly to reflect the seasons. They have a walled garden where much of their ingredients are grown, and these influence the menus.
