Sous Chef – popular pub and restaurant – 4-day week -
A thriving country pub with a busy restaurant and large garden for the warmer months. Currently they are seeking a talented Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen.
With a small brigade of 3 chefs, they prepare fresh, seasonal menus and where possible source all their produce locally. The successful Sous Chef will be involved in designing the menus, creating delicious pub fare for lunch, dinner and a variety of functions and parties.

Opportunity to be creative
The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience within a fast paced, fresh food kitchen and be able to take control in the Head Chefs absence. There is an excellent Head Chef who will offer comprehensive training in motivating the team, keeping on top of all the relevant paperwork, stock control, ordering and maintaining all health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
