Second Chef – new opening – daytime hours –
This beautiful visitor attraction has recently opened a new restaurant and due to its popularity, they are now looking for a Second Chef to work closely with the Head Chef.
The emphasis here is on running a sustainable business, with a low carbon footprint and zero waste. They will be cooking fresh, seasonal cuisine to include a lot of outdoor cooking on their Kamado Joe BBQ’s. There will also be a smoker and a pizza oven to keep the menus exciting and varied.
Produce will be sourced locally using artisan suppliers, growers, and creatives with a similar aim.
As this is a new opening, they have huge goals for the future and will be learning and developing their skills along the way too.
The ideal Second Chef will have a passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce and enjoy the challenge of building a new and exciting concept. Previous experience within a professional kitchen will be essential along with an enthusiasm to grow as a Chef.
