They use top quality, fresh produce to prepare simple, modern British and European cuisine. Second within a brigade of 8 chefs you will be an integral part of the team, assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of running this first-class kitchen.
Although company owned you will be encouraged to put forward ideas for the menus and have the opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal produce, which is locally sourced where possible.
