A lovely village pub with an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine and hospitality.
This independently owned establishment is currently looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of this first class kitchen.
There is a team of 3 chefs and a KP preparing modern British and European menus. The emphasis here is on the use of fresh, seasonal produce sourced as locally as possible. They also regularly go foraging and the menus change daily to reflect this.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking and have a genuine love for the industry. They would like someone who really gets involved and can assist them take the business forward. As it is a small team you will have the opportunity to be involved in menu creation, sourcing local suppliers, stock control, ordering and staff development.
