SOUS CHEF – lively pub & restaurant – 4 day week - package £34,000 -
A busy, lively pub and restaurant in central Tunbridge Wells is currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the team.
They prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine and everything is prepared in house, using locally sourced produce where possible. You will work closely with the Head Chef and have full responsibility for the kitchen in their absence.
The successful candidate will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering, staff training and motivation and ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are being adhered to.
Ideally we are looking for a dedicated and creative Sous Chef with a real passion for cooking. Previous experience within a fast paced, fresh food kitchen would be an advantage.
