An exciting opportunity to join a thriving business growing in popularity month on month. Due to this incredible success they are looking to increase their brigade with another Chef de Partie.
The restaurant seats up to 120 covers but they can regularly cater for up to 200 covers an evening at the weekends. There is a brigade of 5 chefs preparing modern European cuisine and everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce.
As Chef de Partie you will receive an excellent training on all sections and be involved with the day to day running of the kitchen.
