SOUS CHEF - lovely village pub restaurant - fresh food -
A traditional British pub and dining room that has gained an excellent reputation for their fresh seasonal cuisine. This is very much a food lead pub and due to this popularity they are now looking to strengthen the brigade with a talented Sous Chef.
Working closely with the Head Chef you will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering, staff training and development and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a fresh food kitchen, have a real love of cooking and enjoy creating new dishes for the menus which change regularly.
