Sous Chef – 4 day week – fantastic new opportunity - £36,000 –
A superb food lead pub, building an excellent reputation for their fine food. This new operation is looking to make a big impact in the area and as a result is looking for a talented Sous Chef to become an integral part of the team.
They are offering a 4 day week with some weekend time off, generous salary plus tips and the opportunity to be part of this fun, relaxed kitchen team striving to be the best they can.
The Chef Patron is looking to build a brigade of 6 chefs to prepare the fresh, seasonal menus. The produce will all be sourced locally and the ideal chef will have previous experience working with within a similar environment.
The successful Sous Chef will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, assisting with menu design, costing, stock control, ordering, staff training and motivation and running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
Your own transport would be essential due to the rural location of the pub.
