Due to the growing demand for their very popular restaurant, they need to strengthen the brigade and are looking for a full-time, permanent Junior Sous Chef. The role would suit a Chef de Partie looking for their next step up or a Junior Sous looking to progress into a more senior role in the near future.
There is a talented Head Chef in place so an excellent training will be guaranteed. As part of this professional team you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen, contribute ideas for the regularly changing menus and assist with training the junior chefs.
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have held a senior role within a high volume, fresh food kitchen and have a real passion for cooking. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to contribute to the further success of this busy establishment.
