This fabulous farm shop has recently opened a café serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas. It has proved to be a huge success and due to this popularity they are looking for a keen and enthusiastic chef to strengthen the team.
They pride themselves on using locally sourced produce and make everything in house including all the cakes, scones and jam. There is also a butchers on site where they cure their own meat. Alongside the main menu there is a regularly changing specials board and they would really like someone who can come in and contribute their own ideas for these too.
Benefits include daytime hours from 7.30am to 4.30pm, 5 day week with Sundays and Bank Holidays off, generous salary and the opportunity to be part of this exciting new opening with great plans for the future.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love of fresh, seasonal food and cooking. Previous experience within a busy, fresh food kitchen would be advantageous, however there is a team of talented and professional chefs already in place, so an excellent training will be given.
