My client is looking for an outgoing, pro-active charismatic individual to support the manager in the running of the bar and rosette restaurant, deputising in his absence you will be a proven leader, adept at managing and mentoring a small team of staff. You will have sound cellar and wine experience, be passionate about fresh, locally sourced ingredients and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required along with a minimum of two years’ experience in a fresh food environment. They are looking for someone who wishes to learn every aspect of the business with a view to career progression.
