They are looking for a talented Head Chef who will relish the opportunity to have full autonomy over the kitchen, designing innovative menus to incorporate all the wonderful local produce. Other responsibilities will include staff management and training, keeping your team motivated to encourage the best out of them, great organisational skills to ensure you run a profitable, happy kitchen and overseeing all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen.
