CHEF – new opening in August – daytime hours to include weekends –
An experienced hospitality professional is opening a new café style restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. The concept will offer a traditional British menu, simply cooked and using the best local produce.
It will be open for cooked breakfast, bacon sandwiches, eggs prepared in many ways and for lunch a range of lasagnes, chilli and roasts. They have seating for up to 36 covers inside and a further 24 covers outside for the warmer months.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen including menu design, costing, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place and being adhered to.
Ideally they are looking for a Chef with previous experience within a fresh food kitchen, although training can be given as the Owner is also a Chef.
The hours will be from 8/9am to 5/6pm five days a week and this will include weekends.
