COOK/CHEF – newly opened bistro – Sunday & Monday off – no evenings -
A recently opened bistro in Tunbridge Wells is currently seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to take over the day to day running of their kitchen.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and afternoon teas five days a week. With a small team they prepare hearty, homestyle cuisine and make everything in house. They source the best possible ingredients and buy from local suppliers.
The Owners are passionate about food and are looking for a talented Cook/Chef to join them on this journey. The successful Cook/Chef will be involved in all aspects of running a kitchen including menu design, costing, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place and being adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a fresh food kitchen and thoroughly enjoy their role as a Chef.
