CHEF DE PARTIE – popular restaurant – £25-30,000 + tips approx. £6,500 pa -
A well established and independently owned restaurant, that has earned an excellent reputation for their fine food. Due to this popularity they are now looking for a strong Chef de Partie to strengthen the brigade.
The menus are modern British incorporating both traditional and contemporary cuisine. With a brigade of 5 chefs they prepare everything from fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this is all sourced locally. They also cater for a number of parties, functions and weddings.
As Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen and assist with designing the menus, stock control, ordering, training the junior members of the team and ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have a stable career history within quality gastro pubs or hotels and feel passionately about cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
