CHEF DE PARTIE – daytime hours - £25,000 -
A busy garden centre where they can cater for the restaurant, coffee shop and bistro offering a variety of fresh, seasonal menus. The emphasis here is good home cooked food, where as much as possible is made in house. There is a full a la carte menu in the bistro, light snacks in the restaurant and cakes for the coffee shop.
As part of a brigade of 5 chefs you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen. There is a professional team of chefs so an excellent training will be guaranteed. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a fresh food kitchen, be enthusiastic and keen to learn and demonstrate a real passion for cooking.
Benefits include a generous salary, straight, daytime shifts from 7.30am to 4pm to include weekends and two days off together in the week.
