CHEF DE PARTIE – excellent training – casual fine dining –
A casual fine dining restaurant that has built up an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine. With a talented Head Chef running the kitchen, they are now looking for a Chef de Partie to work alongside him.
They prepare a contemporary menu and everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce. Alongside the 30 cover restaurant they also have a private dining room for up to 14 covers and further seating in the garden for up to 20 covers, when the weather permits.
The successful candidate will receive a superb training on all sections, as well as learning about the day to day running of the kitchen. Working as part of a small team there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and maintaining all health, hygiene and safety procedures.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have some previous experience within a professional kitchen and a real passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
