CHEF DE PARTIE – great training - £25,000 -
This contemporary restaurant and cocktail bar has recently opened and they are now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen. They prepare authentic Italian cuisine and make everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce.
It is an independent restaurant so plenty of opportunity to influence the menus and contribute to the success of the restaurant. There is a small team catering for lunch and dinner for an average of 40-45 covers per service.
The successful Chef de Partie will have the opportunity to train on all sections, contribute ideas for the menus and learn the day to day management of the kitchen.
Previous experience of cooking Italian cuisine would be beneficial but is not essential. The main requirement is someone with a real passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce and a willingness t learn and develop their skills.
