HEAD CHEF – Authentic Italian cuisine – £40,000 -
This contemporary restaurant and cocktail bar is currently seeking a talented and creative Head Chef to take over the day to day running of the kitchen. They prepare authentic Italian cuisine and make everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce.
It is an independent restaurant so plenty of opportunity to influence the menus and contribute to the success of the restaurant. There is a small team catering for lunch and dinner for an average of 40-45 covers per service.
The successful Head Chef will have full responsibility for the kitchen sourcing and liaising with suppliers to ensure the best quality and price, costing, maintaining a good GP and managing, training and motivating the junior team members.
The ideal Head Chef will have previous experience and a good knowledge of regional Italian cooking, along with a real passion for creating new and innovative menus.
