CHEF DE PARTIE – superb work life balance – weekend days off each month –
This beautiful, country restaurant with rooms is independently owned and run. The Owners are passionate about the hospitality industry and champion everything local.
They have their own kitchen garden providing a whole variety of fruits, vegetables and herbs, a farm where they rear their own meat and the chefs butcher this on site. So there really is a farm to fork ethos here.
There is a very stable brigade of chefs and due to their continued success they are looking for a Chef de Partie to strengthen the team, to ensure the hours are kept to a minimum.
Ideally they are looking for an enthusiastic chef with a genuine interest in cooking and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. It would be beneficial if you have some experience within a fresh food kitchen, however it is not essential as an excellent training will be given.
They cater for the restaurant and approximately 100 weddings a year, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to cover both a la carte and banqueting.
