SOUS CHEF - great hours – popular restaurant –
This contemporary, high quality gastro pub has a focus on fresh, seasonal cuisine and premium beverages. There is a bar and restaurant seating up to 120 covers and due to its stunning location it can be very busy.
Having reopened, they are now looking to strengthen the team and are seeking an enthusiastic, career minded Sous Chef to join their brigade of 5. The menus are modern British and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce.
The ideal Sous Chef will have had previous experience within a similar high quality, fast paced kitchen and be passionate about cooking fresh, seasonal cuisine. You will also have the opportunity to support the Head Chef in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen and be involved in menu design, costing, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
