A superb, award winning gastro pub with an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine. There is a cosy restaurant inside and a beautiful garden for the warmer months.
This unique establishment is currently looking for a talented Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef. There is a brigade of 4 chefs preparing modern British menus. Everything is made from fresh, seasonal produce and they champion sourcing it all as locally as possible.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working with fresh, seasonal produce, although the Head Chef is happy to train and mentor a Chef who is keen and willing to learn.
As Sous Chef you will be an integral part of the team and involved in all aspects of running this first class kitchen, assisting with menu design, stock control, ordering and staff training.
The role would suit a passionate, dedicated Chef looking for genuine career prospects.
