PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE – full training given – superb kitchen –
An award winning restaurant with an excellent reputation for their modern British cuisine. With a very talented brigade of 5-6 chefs they are currently seeking a chef with a genuine passion for pastry to join them.
Some previous experience of pastry within a fresh food kitchen would be advantageous, but they are willing to train and mentor a chef with flair and enthusiasm for the pastry section.
Everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this is all sourced locally. They prepare plated desserts, bread, ice cream and petit fours daily. If you do have previous experience there will be the opportunity to develop this and get involved in menu design and inputting your own ideas.
