CHEF DE PARTIE - £30,000 – contemporary restaurant – superb cuisine -
Since reopening in April this contemporary restaurant has gone from strength to strength and as a result, need to recruit a talented Chef de Partie to join the team.
There is an excellent Head Chef and they are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to assist with all aspects of running this first class kitchen.
With a brigade of 12 chefs they prepare some exciting and innovative British cuisine. They make everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and this is all sourced as locally as possible.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they also have a couple of function rooms for private parties, dinners and weddings. So it is a very busy establishment where no two days will be the same.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a professional kitchen, preferably high volume, where they prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine. As Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen and contribute ideas for the menu. Other duties will include assisting the Head and Sous Chef to run the kitchen, stock control, ordering, staff management and training and ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are adhered to.
