A beautiful country inn with an excellent reputation for their fabulous food and great ambience. Having recently re-opened with all the Covid procedures in place, they are now fully booked for the next three to four weeks.
Due to this growing demand for their very popular restaurant, they need to strengthen the brigade and are looking for a full-time, permanent Junior Sous Chef. The role would suit a Chef de Partie looking for their next step up or a Junior Sous looking to progress into a more senior role in the near future.
There is a talented Head Chef in place so an excellent training will be guaranteed. As part of this ambitious team you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen and contribute ideas for the regularly changing menus.
