This beautiful, award winning hotel on the Sussex coast has built up an excellent reputation for their relaxed hospitality and superb cuisine. Due to reopen soon they are now seeking a creative Chef de Partie to strengthen the team.
The hotel has a contemporary feel and there is a modern bistro style restaurant serving simple uncomplicated cuisine. The emphasis here is on use of fresh, seasonal produce, sourced from local artisan suppliers where possible. With a brigade of 6 chefs they prepare everything in house including bread, sorbets and ice cream.
With a talented Head Chef running the kitchen there will be plenty of opportunity to learn and develop your skills further in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience within a high quality fresh food kitchen, along with a genuine interest in working with fresh, locally sourced produce.
