FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER – straight shifts – 40-45 hour week -
This small hotel is situated within some beautiful grounds, which include an 18 hole golf course and a lovely function room for weddings and events. Alongside this there is a popular restaurant and bar open all day into the evening.
Having reopened to a huge demand for both golf, society events and weddings, they are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the smooth running of the department.
The hotel is managed by a successful private company who are very forward thinking and believe in treating their staff well, so the hours will be straight shifts and on average everyone works a 40 hour week.
Your role will include leading the front of house team to ensure excellent customer service, running a variety of weddings and events for up to 200 guests and overseeing the restaurant and bar. It is very much a hands on position where you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the food and beverage department.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy establishment and have excellent man management, motivational and communication skills.
