COMMIS CHEF– great prospects & superb training –
This unique venue has several letting rooms and caters for a 60 cover restaurant and a variety of weddings and functions. Not content with their current success they are looking at new and exciting ways to develop the business and have further plans for expansion in the future.
They now have a talented Head Chef on board and he is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Commis Chef. The ethos is great quality cuisine, straightforward, no frills where you will utilise all the fantastic fresh, local produce on offer in the area. You will be part of a brigade of 6 chefs and have the opportunity to train on all sections of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have had some previous experience within a similar environment and have a real passion for working with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce.
