ASSISTANT MANAGER – beautiful 4 star hotel –
A lovely hotel renowned locally for its superb hospitality and customer service. To ensure this continues they are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with the day to day running of the hotel.
There are two restaurants, the bar and several conference and banqueting suites, which are popular for large functions and weddings.
Your role will include responding to guest queries and complaints, making sure all departments are properly staffed and performing in line with hotel expectations and checking the hotel is presentable both inside and out.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to manage various events within the hotel to ensure they run smoothly and guests are happy from check in to check out.
This is an exciting and challenging role where no two days will be the same, so the ideal candidate will have had previous experience with a 4 star hotel and feel passionately about delivering the highest standard of customer service.
