JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - £25-30,000 – high volume, fresh cuisine –
A stunning property where they cater for an extremely popular bar and restaurant and further seating in the garden for the warmer months. This is a very successful and well established business and due to their continued development they are looking for a talented Senior Chef to join the team.
Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs you will be an integral part of the brigade and involved in all aspects of running the kitchen, including designing menus, stock control, ordering, staff training and development and ensuring the high standards are maintained at all times.
There is a brigade of 10 chefs preparing modern British cuisine with International influences and everything including the pasta is made in house. Where possible the produce is all sourced from local farms and artisan businesses and the menus change regularly to make use of the best seasonal produce available.
The restaurant is busy throughout the week and weekends so previous experience within a high volume, fast paced kitchen will be essential along with a real passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
