CHEF DE PARTIE – pub dining room – fresh, seasonal menus –
This popular pub has a busy restaurant, a beautiful garden and several letting rooms. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and are building an excellent reputation locally for their food.
Having recently appointed a talented Head Chef they are now looking for a Chef de Partie to strengthen the team. Once they have a full brigade a four day working week will be put in place.
The emphasis here is on the production of fresh, seasonal menus with everything being made in house. As Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen and be an integral part of the team.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have previous experience within a fresh food kitchen, work calmly under pressure and be a real team player.
