SOUS CHEF – small independent company - superb career prospects –
This great British pub is part of a small independently owned company with sites across Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Currently they are looking for an extremely talented Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of this fast paced kitchen.
Each pub runs independently with the Head and Sous Chef having full responsibility for organising and managing all aspects of the catering. The menus are modern British with European influences and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. So previous experience within a high volume, fresh food kitchen will be essential.
As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen. This will include training and motivating a brigade of 6 chefs, menu design, costing, ordering and maintaining the high standards throughout the kitchen.
