CHEF DE PARTIE - straight shifts – 40-45 hour week -
This independent hotel and golf club are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the team. Here they cater for the restaurant, bar and a variety of society events, functions and weddings for up to 180 covers.
There is a well equipped kitchen and a brigade of seven chefs preparing fresh, seasonal menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Ideally they are looking for a Chef de Partie who is capable on all sections of the kitchen, although there is an excellent Head Chef so a thorough training will be guaranteed.
As Chef de Partie you will also be involved in assisting the senior chefs with stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will have plenty of enthusiasm along with some experience within a fresh food kitchen.
