JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - straight shifts – fresh food kitchen -
This independent hotel and golf club are currently seeking a talented Junior Chef to join the team. Here they cater for the restaurant, bar and a variety of society events, functions and weddings for up to 180 covers.
There is a well equipped kitchen and a brigade of seven chefs preparing fresh, seasonal menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Ideally they are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is capable on all sections of the kitchen and can assist the Head and Sous Chef with the day to day running of this busy kitchen.
As Junior Sous Chef you will also be involved in assisting the senior chefs with stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will have plenty of enthusiasm along with previous experience within a fresh food kitchen.
