This lovely boutique hotel has just undergone a major refurbishment and now consists of 20 bedrooms, a beautiful bar and a contemporary open plan restaurant and terrace.
The Owners are looking for a talented Head Chef to take full control of the day to day running of the kitchen. They would like to establish a casual dining restaurant where you can enjoy fresh, seasonal menus utilising all the wonderful local produce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for menu design, sourcing suppliers to ensure the best price and quality, stock control, ordering and training, mentoring and managing a small team to get the best out of them.
The ideal Head Chef will have previous experience within fresh food kitchens, have a real passion for cooking and be able to create modern British and European cuisine that will keep the clientele returning.
