SOUS CHEF – creative chef - going for awards and accolades – £32,000 -
An exciting opportunity be part of the opening team for this new boutique hotel launching in the Spring. With an extremely talented Head Chef running the kitchen they are looking to gain awards and accolades, so are seeking a strong Sous Chef to support him achieve their goals.
The menus will be modern European and everything will be made in house using fresh, seasonal produce. There will be an a la carte restaurant, a brasserie restaurant and small function facilities for parties, private dining and weddings.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at rosette level cooking and have a real passion for working with the finest fresh produce. Working closely with the Head Chef you will be involved in all aspects of running the kitchen including menu design for the restaurant, brasserie and functions, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the junior members of the team.
