Front of House Team Member – Award Winning Food and Drink This beautiful restaurant has just re-opened bringing with it an exceptionally talented, young, award-winning team. They showcase the finest of Sussex growers, brewers and wine makers. It is all about the quality, the taste and the sustainability. The new menu style is fresh and exciting: borrowing from the sharing board concept, it is providing whole fish, roast joints of local meat, the freshest of vegetables (picked from their own land) and whole puddings. All swished down with a glass of local ale or wine. The service style and mood are relaxed, the very best of friends and family food, caring and sharing, and the ambience will be fun. The successful candidate will have had some waiter or waitress experience in a restaurant or good quality dining pub and demonstrate the knowledge or passion for locally A knowledge of fine dining is useful but your ability to be comfortable and knowledgeable with your guests and operate as part of a team is paramount. This is a company that promote from within and this is a role which could be a steppingstone to a long-term career in the very best of hospitality and the contemporary food scene. The starting remuneration would be £20,000 plus tips. Due to the rural location of this position you will require your own transport.
