This award-winning restaurant site is being taken over by an exceptionally talented award-winning team who showcase the finest of Sussex growers, brewers and wine makers. It is all about the quality, the taste and the sustainability.
The menu style is fresh and exciting, borrowing from the sharing board concept, it is providing whole fish, roast joints of local meat, the freshest of vegetables (picked from their own land) and whole puddings. All swished down with a glass of local ale or wine.
With the opening scheduled for April, they are now looking for a Head Waiter or Waitress to support the Restaurant Manager in the running of this beautiful restaurant.
The successful candidate will have had some supervisory experience in a restaurant or good quality dining pub and demonstrate the knowledge or passion for fresh locally sourced food and drink. A knowledge of fine dining is excellent, but the service style and mood will not be stuffy, and the ambience will be fresh and fun.

The starting remuneration would be £20,000 plus tips.
